    1 pound tomatoes, (3-4 medium), diced
    0.50 medium white onion, (1 cup chopped)
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
    0.50 cup cilantro, chopped
    2 tablespoons lime juice, from 1 lime
    0.50 teaspoon salt
    0.25 teaspoon black pepper



    In a medium bowl, diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper and chopped cilantro.
    Mark as complete

    Stir in lime juice and lightly season with salt and black pepper. Enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate overnight.
