    1.5 pounds chicken tenders, cut in bite-size pieces
    1.50 cups salsa, we use Tostitos medium chunky salsa
    1 tablespoon (packet) of taco seasoning
    1 (15 oz) can low sodium black beans, drained
    spicy Greek yogurt recipe (optional)



    Add ¼ cup of water to the instant pot.
    Mark as complete

    Place the bite-size chicken tenders on top of the water.
    Mark as complete

    Add taco seasoning, salsa, and black beans.
    Mark as complete

    Close and select PRESSURE COOK for 9 minutes on HIGH.
    Mark as complete

    Once the cooking time is done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before quick releasing the pressure.
    Mark as complete

    Give it a good mix and garnish with your favorite toppings (tomatoes, onions, cheese, cilantro).
