    2 tablespoons butter
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 pound of ground beef (I use 90% lean/10% fat)
    2 tablespoons all purpose flour
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    8 oz sliced mushrooms (optional or on the side)
    10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
    8 oz sour cream
    12 oz wide egg noodles

    Directions

    Sauté minced onion, butter and garlic cloves in a large skillet.
