    2 pounds ground beef (80%)
    1 small onion, finely diced
    0.50 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
    1.50 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed (48 crackers)
    4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 eggs
    0.50 cup of milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    0.25 teaspoon black pepper
    Topping:
    0.50 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons light brown sugar
    1 teaspoon mustard

    Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.

    In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Place to the side for the topping.

    In a large bowl, combine the eggs, crushed Ritz crackers, cheese, milk, onion, bell pepper, salt and black pepper.
