    1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    1 28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 large garlic clove
    1 teaspoon salt
    0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Drain tomatoes in a fine mesh strainer and place drained tomatoes into a blender, discarding drained liquid.
