    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons Frank's redhot sauce
    1 lime, juiced

    2 15 oz canned corn, drained & rinsed
    5 oz low fat feta cheese
    1 jalapeno pepper with seeds, chopped
    2 tablespoons red onion
    1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
