    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    0.50 teaspoon salt
    0.25 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup sour cream
    0.50 cup mayonnaise
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    2 cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium size tomatoes, chopped
    1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced or chopped
    8oz sharp, shredded cheese
    1 large bag tortilla chips

    Avocado Layer

    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium-large size bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mark as complete

    Taco Seasoning Layer

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasing mix in a bowl.
    Mark as complete

    Assemble Layers

    To assemble: spread bean dip on a large shallow serving platter. Top with seasoned avocado mixture; layer with taco seasoning mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with cheddar cheese.
    Mark as complete


    Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
